With 15 years of experience in the field of recovery and mental health, I offer counselling online and in-person in Somerset West. My passion is seeing clients become free from their hurts, hang-ups, and toxic habits.

I received a Diploma in Counselling and Communication from the South African College of Applied Psychology after 5 years of study. All the while gaining practical experience, working with international clients at one of the top tier substance- and behavioural addictions treatment facilities in South-Africa, namely Rustenburg Addictions Care. Later on I worked at a similar treatment centre called Promentis Healthcare, whilst freelancing at a well-established eating disorder clinic called Akeso Montrose Manor.

I have personally walked the road of recovery, and I’ve seen the freedom that is available to anyone who is willing to step out of their old ways of thinking and into a new life.

Counselling can help you to learn coping strategies for dealing with stressful situations, improve your self-esteem and confidence, give you a sense of control over your situation, reduce stress levels, make you feel less alone, and teach you how to cope with difficult situations.
